Supervise all export control license reviews related to nuclear-powered equipment and technology. Manage the US/ UK Technology Exchange relationships and the U.S. Navy interactions and outreach with the Government of Japan and City of Yokosuka.

Lead Nuclear Engineer - Oversee chemistry technical work programs at two reactor plant design laboratories and five Naval Shipyards. Routinely provide detailed technical review and approval of contractor design work related to reactor plant chemistry.
