As the Get Growing, Victoria! Co-op Student I took a lead operational role in the distribution of 95,000 edible plant seedlings in partnership with 60+ organizations to community members who face barriers to growing their own food. In this role I also coordinated a successful Thank You Luncheon for the non-profit partners.

• Planned and launched a 30-plot community garden within an 83-acre regenerative farm and living lab.

• Performed daily physical labour installing livestock fencing, removing invasive species, and building garden beds.

• Worked in a tight knit team to deliver a unique ecotourism experience for 150+ clientele aboard the Ocean Endeavour expedition cruise vessel.
