Functional Design & Business Analysis Lead:• Create 10+ business process documentation resources via MS Visio entailing detailed steps for functional design flow to be referenced as an anchor within the overall team of Business Analysts and for any future hires. • Primary Requirements Liaison between business and development teams - communicate functionality that is being created/changed with details and answer any questions to consistent design understanding and most efficient project delivery.• Establish and perform key system testing to ensure ideal product usability to users across the enterprise. Conduct internal product testing on over 150+ user stories.• Analyze user story requirements to determine areas of impact and create test plans per story to ensure all requirements outlined in the story are met, and that existing impacted functionalities are not compromised.• Collect and generate test data with over 100+ data fields regarding government consumer information and functionally test APIs in test environments via Postman prior to handoff to independent testing teams.• Implement process optimization by side-by-side analysis and verification of real-time consumer data sourced from Splunk and MarkLogic. Present all findings and data discrepancies to clients and create enhancements in future releases, creating optimal end user experience.• Construct roadmaps for Automated Regression Testing to validate that the development accurately reflects the design changes.• Conduct functional design work which includes web service design, data organization design, and integration with external teams.

Scrum Master:• Primary POC for providing summary project updates and walkthroughs to senior leadership, including over 10+ managers, directors, and VPs.• Work closely with the Product Owner and various cross functional teams on Sprint Planning and Roadmap Creation.• Define the LOE, demand and capacity, and timeline for stories via JIRA, averaging around 8+ stories per sprint for a team of 6 employees. • Manage progress of summary updates, key milestones updates, and risk updates on a weekly basis for over 18+ sprints via Microsoft Excel and Tableau, which are reported to senior management and key stakeholders. Recorded sprint summary decks and stored in Confluence.• Coordinate and ensure successful cross functional collaboration between 3 different teams to identify new functionality being developed, determine if changes affect existing functionalities, create integration test scenarios, and work with developers to design necessary updates.• Lead daily huddles (2x a day) and required meetings, assisted with managing JIRA board/team huddle board, captured meeting minutes.• Manage team capacity by tracking and delegating work based on the JIRA story progress within each sprint.• Coach development team on Scrum principles to help the team focus on sprint goals and achieve their highest performance level to ensure the Scrum project is successfully progressed.
