CIO Direct Hardware Purchase-• Creation of quotation for the stake holders based on their requirements got India and the rest of the world countries and pricing the quote by applying discounts.• Calculating the freight charges for the Indian quotation requests. • Once the PO is generated by the procurement team, all the necessary validations are done such the Bill-To ID check, Delivery address check, PO value check etc.• Creation of a formal quote and send it to Cisco for the approval.• Submitting the order in CCW tool by entering all the details.• Track the orders until it is delivered to the location.• SPOC for the CIO Direct Hardware Purchase and helping the peers on the same on the date-to-date activities.Resale Rebates-• Working on the rebates for the resale order that is already booked.• We receive notification from CISCO that we are eligible for the rebates for a particular period for a particular period.• Once we receive the rebate notification from CISCO, download the reports for the same from PXP portal.• Once the report is downloaded perform all the checks and see if the client is eligible for the rebates to be claimed according to the rebate policy.• Once the client is eligible for the rebate go ahead and claim the rebate via the CISCO rebate tool.• Once the rebate is claimed, the payment is paid by CISCO in 30 days.• Once the payment is received, we calculate the rebate per centage and allocate the amount to each client those are eligible for the rebates and the send the WBSE allocation details to finance team requesting to create the invoice.• Once the invoice is created then reaching out to the TAX team for the tax approval.• Once the TAX approval is provided then reaching out to the Cash Application team requesting to apply the payment against the invoice to the respective WBSE.• SPOC for the rebate process and validating the peer’s work.

(Taiwan, Thailand) • Responsible & Accountable for timely renewal of services contracts as per country renewal base • As a Quote specialist, creating renewal quotations as per the existing contracts /as per the client’s requirements. • Analysing the existing contracts and processing the Costing, Pricing, and quoting process and send the final document to the CSM / End user. • We help to configure and document Cisco software, hardware, and service solutions to meet customer and sales objectives. • Skilled in Renewals Sales process, systems and tools like SAP, CCW-R and MS Excel. Processed knowledge of and experience with utilizing VLOOKUP’s sorting and filtering. • Ensure necessary vendor follow up are done for the vendor quote and follow up with the CSA for the final receipt of PO. • Serve as primary point of contact for all process related issues, queries, and concerns.• Perform comprehensive research of customer details in SAP, CNR, eProv, eSof, eDof • Working on Booking and OMW on inventory basis for the future reference for the Renewals.• Prepare detailed P&L indicating PO Value, COS & POGM by opportunity. • Ensure accurate costing & pricing when client quote is prepared. • Ensure country specifications are applied as per the Rules of Engagement. • SPOC for Thailand, clarifications on services renewal matters.
