Human Resources Business Partner
Current-The trusted primary resource for employees, providing comprehensive support on a range of HR-related issues. -Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. -Administer and execute human resource programs including policy development, leave management, disciplinary procedures, and career path development.-Manage the performance management system and oversee the annual review process.-Educate and train managers and staff on HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.-Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and advancements in HR technology, talent management, and employment law.-Partner with managers to proactively address employee relations concerns, fostering a positive and productive work environment. -Investigate and mediate employee conflicts, using effective communication and conflict resolution skills to reach amicable solutions. -Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations matters, including disciplinary action, performance management, and leaves of absence. -Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to identify and develop plans for key staffing initiatives and job specifications.-Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines through active and passive candidate sourcing, networking, and relationship building within and outside the organization.-Develop, post, and maintain consistent job descriptions and advertisements across various platforms.-Utilize our internal applicant tracking system to manage candidate applications, track progress, and ensure data accuracy.-Screen candidates, coordinate interviews with hiring managers, and extend offers.-Foster relationships with candidates each step of the way ensuring all candidates have a top-tier experience during the recruiting process.-Track, analyze, and report on recruiting metrics to assess effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
