I began my journey in Real Estate by becoming an agent back in 2005. Because of the scheduling constraints of a then-young family, I moved out of the agent role and took on mortgage processing, working with John Wines as my mentor for 5 years. My background and training has given me extensive knowledge in every aspect of the mortgage process, and I assist the Charlotte Sales Team in moving their loans from submission to the closing table, working closely with the clients and acting as a continual point of contact throughout. As a Penn State alumni, I also put my Marketing degree to work in public relations and client retention opportunities to grow the ABMG presence in the Charlotte market.

Coordinated and maintained an international shooting staff of approximately 70 members, encompassing 18 countries. This aspect of my position required me to effectively communicate with individuals in many differing cultures, tracking their progress in competition and providing support throughout the year. I also acted as a continual support member to both the Marketing and Sales teams, generating publicity pieces, reports, and various related documents to assist both the in-house teams and sales representatives in the field.

Successfully managed the processing, underwriting, and closing of all loans and managed all aspects of operations; creating unique systems for the effective handling of all mortgage applications. Examined all loan transactions, financial statements, and applicable financial ratios to ensure compliance with Conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA guidelines.
