My role has transformed into a hybrid role between my administrative support and project coordination. I currently support our Relationship Management Core Market organization consisting of 2 SVP Segment Heads, 13 VPs and eight teams (approximately 10-12 ppl per team) from the west to the east coast. My responsibilities range from the standard administrative work including office responsibilities, team requests for client visits, logistics for meetings, travel and expense reports. My project responsibilities range from building, teaching and maintaining our organization's sharepoint site, managing a small group of experts through an audit review of a critical resource platform for 9-months to a successful completion, continuing to enhance our new hire onboarding experience with our Talent & Learning team and SME committee, co-manage our organization's job profiles to ensure we are compliant, build Qualtrics surveys and report out, etc. The administrative staff at Fidelity plays a vital role in the company's success, and no more so than in Relationship Management. The individuals serving in these positions are recognized by their colleagues as key members of the team. I work with management at all levels of the company and directly with our business partners. My strong communication and Microsoft Office skills are constantly put to the test, as well as my ability to handle multiple tasks and internal systems simultaneously while serving as a focal point of a dynamic, fast-paced business environment. I'm a proactive and enthusiastic partner in the cultural fabric of Fidelity Investments. Maintain daily granular analysis of customer shipments for Outbound US Time Definite product and Intra Region products.

Served as a Sr. Executive Secretary in several organizations within Fidelity during my tenure. In this role, I managed calendars and schedules for EVP, SVP & VP's. I assisted with detailed presentations, reports, and web sites, along with, wearing many additional hats. I am a high energy person who gives 100 percent each day with a smile and I truly enjoy being an assistant. I like team environments that are fast-paced and challenging. I'm not the typical assistant, as I like to step outside the box and learn new responsibilities, so I can continue to further my career knowledge of the business.
