With over 25 years of experience in leadership, product management, engineering, and sales, I am a seasoned leader in the digital infrastructure industry. As the General Manager of a bespoke electrical distribution system business unit at Hubbell Incorporated, I oversee two multi-skilled manufacturing locations, engineering, materials, procurement, quality, and service teams that serve a variety of markets, including cloud and colocation data centers and the commercial and industrial segments.I am passionate about creating and delivering sustainable and efficient solutions that meet the evolving needs and challenges of the data infrastructure technology markets. I have a proven track record of successful new product launches, exceeding customer requirements, and driving growth, innovation, and profitability. One of these products won a sustainability product of the year award in 2021, and I was honored to be recognized as one of the IM100 Awards recipients in 2022, Top 25 Women in Technology 2023, and Education Finalist in 2024.
