•As an operational excellence role in the HR shared service center, helping the team to adopt the new way of working and new systems, using ServiceNow and Workday as the daily service center platform to provide HR services.•One of the focuses of the role is to seek process efficiency and service quality, looking into the operational dashboard to seek the improvement area and implement the interventions to work with high efficiency and quality. • For a multinational banking company in Hong Kong, as a functional leader, implementing SuccessFactors full modules (including Recruiting/ Employee Central/ Compensation/ EC Payroll/Jam). Collaborating with technical and data teams to deliver integrated systems design and human resource management process. As a coordinator, leading the integration design and testing between headquarter and local IT/HR users.

• Have a bunch experience of SuccessFactors Succession Planning and be in a good knowledge of industry practices and trends. Be capable to build up a succession planning process and career development plan, and have a strong ability to provide a comprehensive succession planning and development process and realize it by SuccessFactors. • Leveraged consulting skills and communication skills to coordinated with team members and helped them solve issues of other modules, also ensured cross modules integration (Modules include: Goal and Performance/Jam/Compensation/Succession). • Participated in a data governance and quality management project, providing data cleaning and data standardizing advice, also supported project manager deliver project management related documents.

• Implemented SuccessFactors Succession Planning for a multinational construction company. Designed talent pools and indicator analysis reports in order to support the talent review process and help the client focus on key positions and successor reviews of managers who might retire within certain years. • Coordinated to integrate other talent-related information on a single platform that provides a real-time talent review and searching system. Also, implemented several Goal and Performance projects, was in charge of the requirement taking, process design and training in Taiwan/Europe Implementation and China Rollout Project.• Realized a combined project appraisal with annual performance review via SuccessFactors standard function.

• As a major consultant, was responsible for the first SuccessFactors local implementation project (Modules include Goal and Performance Management.) in Taiwan for the top 3 Telecommunications Service Providers company. In the project, created a consistent and effective performance review process as well as helping the client to improve performance review efficiency and conduct a comprehensive performance management.• Cooperated with sales representatives at SAP to acquire new customers for the SuccessFactors solution.

• Participated in 33 branch companies and 21 factories SAP HCM time/payroll rollout projects. • Played as an internal consulting role to ensure the consistency of business process and system design.• Supported system operation and solved monthly payroll issues.
