● Tasked with managing and foster good relationship with Global accounts such as Standard Chartered Bank, GE, Capitaland, Alcatel-Lucent, GIC, Commerzbank etc ● Understand and identify customers’ ICT needs through account planning and profiling. ● Connect and build good customer relationship key business executives and stakeholders at all levels for revenue growth and customer retention.● Work closely with specialists to propose relevant and cost-effective ICT solutions for customers, covering local and international services. ● Lead RFPs and/or bids to ensure proposals are submitted to win.● Managed existing accounts revenue erosion.● Achieved and met sales targets YoY.
