Ensuring the successful delivery of HR solutions to clients, including account implementation, design, build and test of processes. Managing accounts through the transition phases from business win to business as usual and assisting in the development of new business streams.Principle Accountabilities• Update and maintain project documentation and reporting in line with PRINCE2 standards. Develop, maintain and update project plans, i.e. Gantt Charts, resource allocations• Ensure project work is completed to time, quality and cost objectives.• Ensure completion of full risk analysis, assigning responsibility and designing contingency solutionsEnsure completion of full analysis of existing client process methods.• Identify areas for improvement, change and current efficiencies in existing methods.• Using appropriate skills and knowledge to provide consultancy support to clients across all areas of the working lifecycle.• To develop and manage relationships with external and internal suppliers, e.g. IT, Assessments, support suppliers and Finance.• Support business development activity including attendance at formal presentations.
