Programs Manager
Current• Design, develop, and scale global education programs for USO customers.• Conduct customer research to inform marketing strategy and promotion of program initiatives. • Plan, build, and oversee large-scale (100+ attendee), outcomes-focused virtual events supporting program initiatives with a focus on USO customer employment, education, and personal growth. • Identify short- and long-term program trends utilizing several CRM, data management and visualization tools.• Oversee the development, integration, and maintenance of marketing assets and other engagement tactics to promote marketing of virtual events. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, serving as subject matter expert for education and financial wellness content in a variety of industries.• Craft and disseminate key department updates, resources, and recognition; foster interdepartmental collaboration in support of achieving the organization’s mission. • Support the creation, delivery and maintenance of digital assets, web pages, webinars, email content, and other marketing materials that ensure consistency of the USO's brand message.• Deliver tailored presentations, design marketing material, and engage with stakeholders at a technical level to support program growth and development. • Plan, build and manage event strategies, navigate complex relationships, and achieve growth targets for programs through continuous customer evaluation to support long-term growth.• Provide advocacy and messaging around military family educational and financial readiness needs. • Coordinate with partners and donors on metrics sharing to ensure complete outcome reporting abilities.• Monitor program financials; including procurement and inventory.• Prepare and present reports, metrics and recommendations for new and existing programs and services utilizing Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, and other project management tools.
