Moving from vendor coordination to hiring, training, and managing a back-office team, I have been able to translate my skills and experience to a new industry with great success and personal satisfaction.Planning over 200 weddings gave me an extremely strong set of intrapersonal skills and honed my instincts and inclinations: relationship building, decision making, mediation, stress management, empathy, patience, organization, negotiation, eye for detail, team building, and herding cats.My work ethic comes from growing up in a family business, watching, working, and learning from the success and the harder times.
