• Act as a primary resource for assigned country topics, provide timely advice and guidance from Total Rewards perspective.• Analyze and make recommendations regarding the Greater China market reference points.• Analyze and develop the organization's compensation and benefits programs.• Assist in the education of HR on annual compensation planning, incentives, compensation offers, and global job framework.• Review proposed salary increases and provide feedback based on analysis of the labor market and internal equity.• Support the policy review and commercial insurance renewals.• Participate actively as a team member within Global Total Rewards Function representing supported countries and the company overall. • Manage and liaise with local contacts of Total Rewards vendors (i.e. EAP), smooth and optimize service delivery and relevant process as well as meet country needs.• Contribute to M&A integration of new acquisitions into TE’s total rewards programs, systems and processes.

1. Be responsible for ES APAC HR reports to closely track talent movement and organizational effectiveness.2. Support C&B manager with effectiveness assessment of various compensation programs and processes across all ES APAC businesses.3. Assist in the analysis and consolidation of compensation and other HR data to support the decision making of various C&B and workforce management programs. 4. Coordinate and support other functions for results achieving across regions.
