Worked with executive, line-of-business, content strategy, visual and interaction designers, on enhancements to the mobile app. Drove creation of measurable and quantifiable KPIs for the project. Provided both generative & evaluative testing throughout the development cycle in multiple iterations, and provided recommendations that drove the design forward, culminating in a new navigation menu launch to all Wells Fargo customers in November 2020. - Lead XD researcher for Wells Fargo Home Lending. Established a program of rapid research for multiple scrum teams in Home Lending. Evangelized the value and need for user research and brought customer voice to multiple parts of the journey, from shopping to applying to servicing. Provided frequent opportunities to get customer input. Incorporated research and personas into design thinking workshops. - Senior Researcher, Wells Fargo Virtual Channels. Led research efforts across Wells Fargo's digital offerings, desktop & mobile channels. Projects included payments, authentication, public site, data privacy, saving/budgeting, chat & more.
