• Lead a team of nine salaried Operations Managers and 250 hourly associates spread across two operational departments (Retail and Outbound Shipping).• Cross functional partnership with corporate partners for process improvements/creation, forecasting, and transportation such as: Sales & Operations Planning, Supply Chain Operations, Transportation and Carriers. • Meet financial objectives by forecasting requirements, annual budget preparation, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions. • Ensure that performance plans are maintained and improved through Operations Managers routines. Planned, strategized, and implemented new SOP’s, reporting, tools, and systems (Manhattan 2020 WMS, SAP, and COFE WES).

• Lead a team of 50+ hourly associates for the Retail Operations department to achieve financial and operational excellence. • Responsible for identifying patterns and anticipating business needs to drive performance, determine most efficient sequence of operations and workflow to find methods for maximum asset/people utilization. Broke building throughput record in first peak season.• Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual associate performance reviews. Met departmental performance expectations through performance accountability of hourly direct reports.• Selected for a stretch assignment opportunity to lead as acting Senior Operations Manager for the Retail Operations for 6 months prior to being promoted into next level role.

• Own/lead product life cycle for $5-7 million store. Responsible for total store presentation of merchandising strategies.• Lead/schedule replenishment, processing and floor set activity, lead physical inventory inclusive of scheduling, planning and follow up. • Responsibility of delivering business results for assigned brand by using company strategy, analyzing business performance, and coaching/development of store team
