Operating in the service and refit sector of the superyacht market. Working with a wide range of equipment.Including:• TVRO and V-Sat antenna systems• UHF Radio equipment• Bridge navigational watch alarm system (BNWAS)• CCTV and security equipment• AV distribution systems• LED / Plasma screens• Sound systems• Control systems• Network equipment.Duties Include:• Assessing electronic systems, and recommending upgrades when necessary• Specifying new equipment• Installing and setting up equipment• Checking and servicing equipment• Troubleshooting and dealing with any faults on site• Testing equipment before an event• Training other people to use the equipment• Providing remote technical support• Creating and updating system drawings.

Use CAD software to generate new drawings, update existing drawings and be involved in projects throughout the whole engineering process.Duties:• Manage CAD projects.• Create clear and accurate product drawings, layout plans, cable schematics, interconnect drawings and connection details. Plus any project specific plans.• Maintain drawing files and records throughout the duration of projects.• Report problems in the design and brief the relevant people.• Provide technical advice and support to the engineering team.• Attend on-site to record as-built drawing changes.
