Support and consult Executive Management in organizational culture development andimplementation, succession planning, etc.Perform strategic analysis to include serving as performance liaison for KPI’s using the ClearPoint System for the Neighborhood Services Dept that includes reviewing meaningful data, writing analysis for all measures, recommending measures for the business performance plan for strategic goals/objectives, providing recommendations and solutions to various measures; and collaborate with the Performance & Budget Office to recommend solutionsFormulate recommendations and conduct analyses of jobs, salaries, and incentives in order toevaluate internal equity, external competitiveness, and legal compliance of the City's pay practicesMonitor and evaluate the quality, efficiency and effectiveness of assigned programs, servicedelivery methods and procedures; work with team members on the continuous improvement of city and community servicesServe as project leader and liaison on departmental and citywide studies, projects, initiatives,conferences and committees (i.e. City’s women’s committee, Diversity initiatives, Lean Leader projects, etc.)Manage and coordinate various leadership conferences, sessions, and fairs for local governments, non profits, businesses, and financial institutions
