Designed and developed e-commerce module addition to learning management system ("LMS") for the Commonwealth of Virginia. Module allowed for purchasing of courses and training for ongoing certification of VDOT employees and contractors. Components were developed using Oracle and ASP.NET (VB.NET, C#, and Javascript). Created multiple LMS modules for tracking course hours, credit towards certification, and user import functionality for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Modules would tracks and report on number of hours attempted and passed by agency, group, or individual and compare against certification requirements and goals. Also included a real time import feed from state's HRIS system into the LMS. Components were developed using SQL Server, ASP.NET, and classic ASP (VB.NET, C#, vbscript, and Javascript).Designed and developed a gradebook module addition for State of Michigan that allowed for instructor added grading and addition of off-line testing. Also modified e-commerce application to fit state's requirements which offered on-line courses to state employees and residents.
