Energetic and results driven, with a strong background in customer service and sales. My career journey has taken me through roles at Wells Fargo, Verizon and T-Mobile. I consistently exceed my goals by my performance and exceptional customer satisfaction. What creates an environment of happy customers is the empathy the integrity of offering them what they need by engaging in proactive listening. I’ve never had a customer leave my presence unhappy. I absolutely love my career in sales and the feeling of that one word the customer says and it just clicks and I know at that moment exactly what they need however I did take some time off to focus on my bringing a beautiful baby into our family, Now being a stay at home mom I made the decision to pursue higher education currently I am going to TMCC for political science with very much academic success noticed by the dean, I was accepted into UNR for this Fall of 25 but have decided to continue at TMCC until Fall of 26. After my Associates is completed in Political Science my next goal at UNR is to major in Public Administration with a minor in Social justice, the empathy, problem solving skills, and the ability to relate to situations allows me the skill to do what is right for others and make decisions based off what people need. I am always enthusiastic and light up a room with my positivity. My ability to connect with customers creates an understanding of their needs and provide solutions that will very much please them making a meaningful interaction for the both of us. I am driven by a desire to make a meaningful impact, whether it’s achieving sales goals or the balance of life and school. I strive for excellence and take pride in everything I do big or small.
