IDG provides development support for capital campaigns ranging from three million to twenty million with primary focus on creating and supporting fundraising leadership, campaign infrastructure, major gift solicitation strategy and leadership development.

The Trevor Project is the nation’s only 24/7/365 organization dedicated to preventing LGBTQ youth suicide. Responsibilities and accomplishments include: Creating financial models to support raising a 6.2M budget from private sources; Reconceiving the organizations’ corporate program to move from a transactional fundraising model to a strategic partnership model; Successful engagement of new corporate partnerships under the model including AT&T (Foundation and national Diversity Marketing dollars), Kimpton Hotel Group, Guggenheim Partners, Toyota Financial Services; Building essential department infrastructure to ensure appropriate data management, acknowledgment and relationship management protocols; Introducing new strategies for diversification of funding; Managing a national team of 7 including hiring and training 5 of the positions; Defining the organizations’ ‘standard’ financial picture after three years of intense financial growth; Identifying and supporting the cultivation of two key corporate board member prospects.

The Nature Conservancy is the world’s largest conservation organization, focused on preserving the diversity of life on Earth by protecting the lands and waters needed to survive. Responsibilities include cultivation and stewardship of a diverse portfolio of 200+ high-net-worth individuals; solicitation of gifts in excess of $100,000; high-end donor event management; foundation proposal writing; interfacing with international program staff and senior management team; budgeting/forecasting; new donor identification; and board and leadership committee recruitment.

Ingram Development Group (IDG) is a boutique firm focused on building infrastructure, leadership and development expertise in smaller nonprofits. IDG provides long-term development planning and supports agency human resources efforts by addressing cultural challenges, clarifying roles and responsibilities and encouraging an agency culture of inclusivity, collaboration and information-sharing. In addition, IDG provides board training on governance and fundraising, executive coaching, event and volunteer management and provides interim and longer-term development and executive leadership.

My Friend’s Place is the largest drop-in center in Hollywood serving a culturally diverse array of homeless youth ages 12 to 24 and their children. The mission of My Friend’s Place is to assist and inspire homeless youth to build self-sufficient lives.

Equality California is California’s lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) civil rights and advocacy organization. EQCA leads efforts for LGBT civil rights at the state level through an array of strategies including sponsoring legislation and leading efforts to ensure their passage, lobbying legislators and other government officials, building coalitions, and empowering other organizations and individuals to engage in the political process. EQCA, working in partnership with California’s LGBT Legislative Caucus, has strategically moved California from a state with extremely limited rights for LGBT individuals to the state with the most comprehensive LGBT civil rights protections in the nation.

The San Diego Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender Community Center, Inc., (d.b.a., The Center) is the nation's second oldest and third largest LGBT community center. Functioning as the LGBT community's leadership organization, The Center is led by a 20-member board of directors, employs over 40 paid staff and utilizes more than 400 community volunteers. Incorporated in 1973 as a community-based, non-profit, 501(c) (3) agency, The Center has more than thirty-three years of experience as a health and human services agency.

The Playhouse has a $6 million annual budget, one third of which is provided by development. This position reports to the Director of Development and raises $750,000 annually from corporate and foundation donors.

Contributed revenue accounts for one quarter of A.R.T.'s $5 million budget. Managed telefunding, direct mail, special events and annual donors as well as a portfolio of local corporate donors.
