With over two decades of experience in child protection, disability support, and community services, she leverages her clinical expertise and extensive management background to drive productivity, enhance client satisfaction, ensure operational excellence, and foster staff wellbeing. Specialising in organisational change management and policy development, Shayne excels at aligning service delivery with best practices to achieve quality outcomes.Currently serving as the General Manager - Disability Inclusion at Social Futures, Shayne remains steadfast in her commitment to serving the community and making a positive impact. During her time as the Senior Manager of the LAC program, she played a pivotal role in establishing the Local Area Coordination (LAC) Program on the Central Coast, and she contributed to the establishment of the CareConnect program and the expansion of the StandBy program.In addition to her professional achievements, Shayne holds multiple academic credentials, including a Master of Disabilities and a Master of Social Science in Human Services Leadership from the University of Newcastle. She also possesses a Cert IV in Training & Assessment from Hunter TAFE and a degree in Social Science (Welfare Studies) from the University of Newcastle.Shayne's unwavering commitment to her work is driven by a sincere passion for making a positive impact in the lives of others.
