Keeping track of employee hours, answering phone calls, organization, customer service, managing Quickbooks, filing, occasionally running errands, key holder, accounts payable. Also I organize travel trips from hotel rooms to flights and rental cars. I keep track of the out of town crews with GPS tracking, I am familiar with Chronotek, Microsoft, Excel, Power-point, and similar Apple applications. I try to maintain an organized office and hope to move Evans Contracting Services to a higher pedestal.
