Sheetal is a Senior Associate at IPNeeti where she is responsible for client handling and managing their IP portfolios in electronic/software domain. Her professional expertise include patentability analysis, patent landscape analysis, Infringement Analysis/FTO, patent drafting, and handling prosecution of patent applications in the field of Electronics and Computer Science. Besides India, Sheetal keeps abreast with the patent law developments at the EPO and advises the clients with market strategies that best combine the nuances of Indian and EP laws. Due to her interest in IP awareness, she is a regular speaker at various IPR workshops/seminars organized by institutes, corporate or associations.
