- Worked under the guidance of the Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) to understand the challenges to raising health data literacy in Canada. - Narrowed down the problem space and the topic of focus to carbon monoxide with the help of the literature and secondary research.- Conducted survey and data analysis followed by the user and subject matter expert interviews. Gathered key insights from the interview using thematic coding and designed two solutions. - Conducted usability heuristics testing visual design principles to identify and eliminate UX issues and visual design inconsistencies thereby improving the user experience of the designed solution.- Delivered the case study.
