A few critical projects I lead were:≡ I owned the reporting and anaylsis for the apparel Development team, including mointoring and improvment recommendations for the team's KPI’s.≡ I lead the 2016 Olympic uniforms for US Golf team project which was Made in the USA and involved US sourcing, ensuring successful communication of workflow between Design, Product Marketing, Development and Suppliers in the uniform creation, handling offline purchasing, reporting status to Senior Management and overall delivery on time for the Olympic athletes. ≡ Working with the cross functional apparel and footwear teams, I established clear roles and responsibilities documentation to support clear decision making and reduction of workload overlap.≡ I lead various trainings for the Development team on PLM system, job process & responsibility and soft skill training and created the new hire onboarding and training guideline. ≡ Calendar champ for the development team. Ensuring all critical creation milestones are align with both the global and local needs. ≡ I created and implemented a new proto sample packaging policy, resulting in reduced costs and support our global sustainability targets. ≡ I was the PLM system key user handling training, issue resolution and business testing feedback for all system upgrades.
