Ensuring all critical creation milestones are align with both the global and local needs. ≡ I created and implemented a new proto sample packaging policy, resulting in reduced costs and support our global sustainability targets. ≡ I was the PLM system key user handling training, issue resolution and business testing feedback for all system upgrades.

I managed the apparel development and production process for apparel and accessory products and worked closely with the design and product marketing teams in early concept stages to develop products that met target margin goals and maintained design intent and quality. To achieve these goals, I maintained and monitored the Ashworth seasonal creation calendar.▀ I have travelled to overseas manufacturers for negotiations, development, resolve quality issues and factory reviews. ▀ Upon the completion of the acquisition, I directly managed the project to bring all Ashworth dedicated vendors into the adidas sourcing system while also handling the hand over of the Callaway license product to a new licensee.Ashworth was acquired by TaylorMade-adidas Golf in Nov 2008
