Essential Functions: Use appropriate level of authority and/or use appropriate means to accomplish the following:a) Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformities relating to product, process and quality system;b) Identify any problems relating to the product, process and quality system;c) Initiate, recommend or provide solutions through designated channels;d) Control further processing of non-conforming product until the deficiency or satisfactory condition has been corrected;e) Control further processing, delivery or installation of non-conforming product until the deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected.1. NIR set up for all business groups;2. Supplier setup processing (new, changes in prime, etc.);3. MRO PO setup and receiving for all areas;4. MRO purchasing responsibility for selected supplies;5. Cost and part number maintenance (Min & Mult, lead time, buyer code, ECR);6. Daily and monthly reports (Z999, Daily Delivery, MRO Spend, Material Total Spend, etc.);7. Maintenance and release/retrieving of Customer /Supplier NAFTA Certificates (Milan facility);8. Maintain Supply Cage at optimum supplies level for entire facility9. Coordinate KanBan system for selected supply types;10. Coordinate Service Calls for faxes/ printers and other required office equipment;11. Follow strictly record retention procedures and ensure compliance (quotes, NAFTA, MRO, PO, etc.)12. Support Supply Chain special projects (supplier wide communications, price loads, process changes which may require data management, etc.)13. All data entry functions to be performed in a timely manner; according to targets established by the Supply Chain management teamNOTE: 50%/ 50% time split between data entry functions and special projects (including reports and Nafta).
