My self Shekar currently working in DXC technology Bangalore as an Team Leader in P2P accounts payable team with an experience of 7.2 years.Managing team of 13 junior and 5 senior associatesConducting daily hurdles in the team. ·        Providing process related support to the country and regional teams.·        Train the new team members on the process to be handled.·        Co-ordination with the Payments teams on the payment releases to the Suppliers. ·        Publishing weekly and Monthly reports on the transaction volumes processed.·        Preparations of Quarterly reports on the SLA and accuracy levels maintained in the process and publish it to the global project centres.  ·        Close contact with the client and Payments teams for releasing the intercompany payment held on block.·        Reversal and reposting of issue documents·        Ensure to conduct regular meeting with the clients to highlight process related issues and obtain required clarifications and circulate minutes of meetings (MOM)·        Analysing and coding client’s accounts payable invoices in SAP·        Handling Service desk queries and AP GMB (Account Payable Generic Mail Box)·        Making Reversal and Corrections·        Handing Service desk calls from vendors.·        Handling Weekly operational review calls & Owner for action plans·        Processing of Debit & Credit Notes.·        Processing of PO and Non-PO invoices after three-way match verification·        Prepared DTP on new learning’s which helps new joiners to learn the process easily.·        Auditing T&E claims of Employees for NAFTA using Concur.·        Assist operational areas to proactively manage process changes.·        Conducting Refresher Training for existing/new employees and getting cross-trained on other processes. ·        Process performance reports.·        Monthly KPI reports.·        Transaction accuracy and timelines reports.·        Preparing GRIR report and publish during the month end·        Circulation of Payment term and payment hold reports to the clients of weekly basis and Daily basis.·        Updating consolidate file of errors of weekly and monthly basis and report to manager.·        Preparation of Monthly SLA reports.·        DIT (Duplicate identification tool) Report on daily basis and pre-check·        Daily Clearing Report for Open Documents.·        Deck Preparation for Monthly and Quarterly calls with Client.·        Monthly user Performance report.·        Monthly Billing report.
