Customer Account Manager
Current- Serve as a dedicated Pre-sales client Account Manager ensuring their satisfaction and successful utilization of the SaaS products and services by Foodhub.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and challenges, providing tailored solutions and recommendations to optimize their use of the platform.
- Conduct regular check-ins and reviews with clients to assess satisfaction levels, identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling, and address any concerns promptly.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless communication and resolution of client issues.
- Proactively identify opportunities to expand and grow client accounts through additional product offerings or upgrades.
- Support members of the customer support team by being a mentor to new joiners. Plus making sure the rest of the company stays customer-focused and fixated on building the best food ordering platform and support system.
