As an Incident Response Engineer, I am responsible for the handling of security events, from triage to resolution, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. As an Associate Virtual Solutions Engineer at Cloudflare, I was responsible for automating content creation (Google Slides, Docs, Sheets and PDFs) using Goog le APIs with Python or JavaScript, and other APIs and tools, such as Selenium, ClickHouse, BigQuery, Catchpoint, Google Lighthouse API, etc.My main objective was to quickly and efficiently generate custom content about a current customer or prospect, identifying their technology stack, vulnerabilites and pain points, in order to better prepare the sales team for future conversations with said customer or prospect.Specifically, my duties included:1. Collaborating with the sales team to understand their needs, and developing automated solutions to meet those needs.2. Utilizing the mentioned APIs and tools to automatically collect data on customers and prospects, with the goal of proactively answering common discovery questions.3. Developing custom Google Slides, Docs, Sheets, and PDFs based on the collected data, incorporating visually compelling charts and graphics to make the content more engaging.4. Testing and refining the automated content creation process to ensure accuracy and efficiency.5. Incorporating feedback from the sales team, including new needs/wants.Through my work, I was able to provide the sales team with valuable insights that helped them better understand customers and prospects, leading to more effective conversations and, ultimately, more business.

Designed and programmed a prototype for quality control through artificial vision, using NI LabVIEW and an appropriate photography setup. The goal was to perform cork color quality control via image processing and analysis, and the prototype is currently in use at Amorim Cork.
