As a Lead TMS Technician at Touchstone TMS, I have been applying my skills and knowledge in transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) to assist physicians in providing safe and effective treatment for patients with various psychiatric conditions. I have been working in this role for over three and a half years, and I have obtained a multitude of positive patient feedback.In addition to operating the TMS equipment, I also serve as a patient relations liaison, interacting with patients with compassion and professionalism. I perform administrative tasks, assist with managing the clinic office, and provide excellent customer service and quality patient care.
