Worked on SAP on a everyday basis, Direct contact with actual Clients both local and overseas including Samsung factories, Creating packing list and commercial invoices (send to clients for approval), Request bill of lading and required shipping certificates from Samsung Factory, Once received sent to clients for approval, Once received all required documentation such as originals from shipping line and all necessary docs are dispatched and sent to Client or clearing agent for the clearance process to take place at port of destination, Following up with clients and factories that all Goods are well received, Updating of reports and files on a daily basis

Imports -Get arrival notice from Shipping line, Get charges/Fees from Shipping line, Ensure Shipping line has been paid, Had to do Cartage instruction, had to ensure all information is correct, thereafter send to transporter. Do Depot Advice and send to Depot, Check turn in dates at depot, Invoice client on import LegExports-Book export leg back-Do Bill of entry on the system Shipshape-Do Cargo dues on Shipshape-Send Cartage instruction to transporter-Do Shipping instruction then send to shipping line-Send bill of entry and cargo dues to shipping line-Ensure information on bill of lading is all correct, then send to client-Check depot out date with depot-Invoice client, send invoice via email and post-Ensure cargo is delivered to clients premises-Update files and ensure all documentation is in its correct file
