Everybody loves bullet points, right? Here are four that paint a pretty good picture of what I'm all about.‣ I pride myself on my ability to communicate with others and solve problems. I struggle with labeling myself or listing a specific job title that I believe fits me, but people are my passion. Forming, strengthening and maintaining relationships with others is extremely fulfilling to me. I want to be the trusted advisor that somebody can turn to with a problem, knowing that I will be truly listening to their issues and can offer a solution that brings real value to them.‣ I'm comfortable being uncomfortable. Growth can push you out of your comfort zone, and sometimes it challenges what you believe you're capable of, but overcoming that fear helps to create true change. I believe in my ability to learn and my potential for growth. There is knowledge and experience that I do not have yet, but I know that I'm capable of acquiring it and excelling.‣ I know how to tailor my message to my audience and build rapport. Throughout my time in tech sales, I worked with a wide array of accounts. I started with a State, Local and Education (SLED) account set in rural Pennsylvania where most of my conversations were with entry-level IT techs who cared mostly about functionality and longevity in small-scale projects. By the end of my time in role, I had moved to multi-billion dollar companies and financial institutions in NYC where I spoke with C-levels who were more concerned with emerging technologies, market trends and long-term strategy. Whatever the concern, I know how to build trust and provide the answers people are looking for.‣ I strive to make a difference. I am able to take on challenges and shoulder responsibility. I have a high ceiling and a hunger for knowledge . What I don't know, I will learn. What I do know, I will build upon. I have high expectations for myself and I'm looking for an environment where I can continue to develop every day.
