This includes:Radiological Information Systems (RIS): Maintain the systems that manage our radiology department, including (PACS) and Electronic Health Records (EHR) to streamline workflows and improve patient care.Digital Imaging (D/I) Media: Oversee the storage, management, and distribution of digital images used in medical diagnostics, ensuring these systems are efficient and secure for accurate diagnostics and patient care.Server and Cloud Infrastructure: Ensure the reliability, security, and performance of our servers and cloud services that host various applications, this involves regular maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting to prevent downtime and data breaches.Endpoints: Maintain and deploy our fleet of laptops, desktops, tablets, including our iPads and iPhones EMR/EHR Systems: Support our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems, ensuring they are up-to-date, secure, and work with vendor support to ensure a user-friendly experience for our providers. These systems are essential for maintaining accurate and accessible patient records.Patient Support: Assist patients when they need help navigating patient portals, understanding their medical records, or addressing any technical issues they encounter with our healthcare technology.This role is crucial in ensuring that our providers have the tools they need to deliver efficient and effective patient care.
