As a producer for Tim Ross, I work across all aspects of his small business. This includes TV documentaries, film production, live shows, self-publishing book titles and corporate / brand collaborations. It is a diverse role that requires high levels of self-motivation and organisation.Our live shows differ in scale, from intimate house shows to performing with Kevin McCloud at the Sydney Opera House, all require attention to detail, critical event planning and logistics management, communication with various stakeholders and hands on delivery of the shows. My role as Associate Producer on two TV documentary series utilised my organisation skills, negotiation and stakeholder relationships, logistics management and creative input. Acting as Tim’s talent management, I have secured new corporate partners and collaborated with brands to create engaging campaigns. In addition, I have managed the start to finish process for self-publishing three books that includes project management, budget control, marketing strategy and sales distribution. Work with Tim is never dull!

Smeg appliances are renown for design, style and technology. With the headquarters situated in Guastalla, Northern Italy, Smeg host an amazing three-day tour of the region and factory following the Vernissage opening of the Venice Architecture Biennale. Working with them to develop the concept and initial execution of this project whilst at the Australian Institute of Architects, I joined the team internally for continuity on the project and to assist with the architecture design competition, marketing, logistics, coordination and delivery of the Smeg Tour.

Each year, AILA run an exciting festival program based around Landscape Architecture for the industry and boarder community. Hosted in 2018 at the Gold Coast, this years program includes a national conference, national awards and a host of fringe events. I'm excited to be back with the team to oversee the fringe events program and support the AILA team deliver an exciting program of events for October 2018.

AILA have successfully run the International Festival of Landscape Architecture, since it's inception in 2014. Coming to Sydney in November 2017, this exciting role involves driving the public program and engagement of the festival, designed to raise the profile of the Landscape architecture profession and encourage the public to think about the importance of well-designed open space. Working with key stakeholders, supporters and the industry, this role includes fundraising, project management, event management and media strategy.

As Venice Biennale Project Manager I was charged with the development and execution of the Australian Exhibition at the Venice Architecture Biennale. Covering all aspects from fundraising, government liaisons, corporate sponsorship and leveraging, project management and event management, this two-year project required focus and dedication whilst managing a comprehensive range of stakeholders. And of course, the month in Venice wasn't too bad either!

In this role I was responsible for overseeing the corporate partners and sponsorship for the Australian Institute of Architects and their involvement within the Institute's national programs including the National Conference, National and State Architecture Awards, education programs and Venice Architecture Biennale. My position included securing new sponsorships, servicing and re-negotiating with existing sponsors, delivering diverse and engaging programs that benefited members and partners alike, working with state and national teams to ensure smooth delivery of programs and collaborating with key stakeholders including industry media and partners.

My role with dmg world media in Sydney was as Sales Manager for designEX and Form & Function - leading exhibitions for the architecture and design industry. Using my knowledge for working in the field in London, it was great to come back and assist with the development of the new Form & Function part of the exhibition, which collaborated with the Australian Institute of Architects National Conference. With over 300 exhibitors in 6 halls of the Sydney Exhibition Centre or Melbourne Exhibition Centre, my role was to secure existing and new exhibitors, assist with the delivery and logistics of the event, manage key industry stakeholders and manage special areas of interest / features within the exhibition including Jamie Durie's Outdoor Room. It was certainly high pressure and challenging delivering this 3 day large event, however we managed to have a lot of fun in the process.

I was pleased to work with the 100% Design team whilst traveling aboard for a year. Tasked with project managing the application of exhibitors from a physical process to an online process, this was an exciting change for the exhibition. I managed new exhibitor enquiries, support for the application process, management of the panel review of applications and assisted the sales team with securing the new exhibitors into the show. Traveling to large international exhibitions such as the Milan Furniture Fair and Birmingham Furniture Fair was insightful. Working with the 100% Design Team made my time living in London a great experience.

As with many small businesses, my role with The Media Company was very diverse. Tasks included PA to the Director, developing systems and processes as the business expanded, dealing with sales enquiries for 100+ international publications and co-ordinating internal and client functions.

Mecca Cosmetica is one of Australia’s leading cosmetic stores, exclusively stocking top and niche international brands such as Nars, Stila and Kiehls. As the makeup artist, I was responsible for consulting on the skincare and makeup products, advising on application and meeting sales targets. I also hosted make up lessons and did makeup for special occassions.
