I do this by coaching employees to their unique strengths and applying evidence-based metrics to problems.I have experience in working with teams-in-transition and rebuilding performance standards and processes to meet organizational goals. In one role, I lead a team which achieved an 82% graduate employment rate for our student population, which was top 5% in the industry.Mahatma Gandhi said “be the change you wish to see in the world.” We cannot expect circumstances to change if we are not willing to take responsibility to change them ourselves, or be part of the change. That is why I believe that the rock-stars of a community are non-profit organizations, the individuals and organizations who financially support them, and community volunteers.Throughout my career, colleagues have described me as an inclusive leader and a consensus-builder.
