As a former elementary school teacher, director of a daycare center, PK-12 principal and PK-12 administrator, I understand the importance of positive relationships, strong work ethics and excellent organizational skills. I currently oversee curriculum and technology, which includes Ed Law 2d compliance, DEI initiatives, changes in curriculum required by NYS, purchasing curriculum and technology, maintaining budgets and master scheduling. I manage over 100 employees from custodians to bus drivers, aides and classroom teachers. I work with students who need assistance with career goals. I update and maintain policies and procedures related to the ever-changing world of education. I write grants for UPK programming, work with all stakeholders on strategic planning goals and work directly with the superintendent and business office to maintain and facilitate our annual budget. I plan for summer programming, after school, open houses, orientations and anything else that may come up that needs planning.
