I am a quick, enthusiastic learner who enjoys retail and customer service. I strive for the best and have been fortunate enough to be a part of a team (some of which I was able to hire myself) at Spirit Halloween who is just as hard-working and passionate about the job as I am. Together we have set records and been given the opportunity to make a difference, not just in sales but in charity. Personally, my district has been the second in the company for amount raised for our Spirit of Children program, in which we raise money for our local hospitals' Child Life Departments. I've also been highest in the zone for percent to transaction. I'm very proud of my team for maintaining this passion for the kids and their families, especially during these rough times.I've been a District Manager with Spirit Halloween since 2020 and before that I was a Store Manager for 2 seasons. I have learned a lot from the experience, the people that I've had the pleasure of working with, and I truly love this company. At this job, I have been able to sharpen my problem-solving skills, utilize my merchandising in creative and fun ways, help guests fulfill their spooky needs, nurture my team and grow alongside them, and set a shining example for our company and its standards.I hope to always be a part of something so amazing that I can enjoy going to work every day, the way that I have with Spirit Halloween. I am not opposed to relocating for the right opportunity.
