I have over 20 years’ experience in the business world. Specifically, Real Estate business management, community and property management, marketing, customer service, sales and training. I am CA Certified Community Association Manager and have a CA Real Estate Brokers license and at one time had a Real Estate license and business in New Hampshire as well. I have knowledge of property management principles and policies as well as some property management software. With strong organizational skills and attention to detail I am successful with timing of deliverables as well as contract and proposal reviews. In Real Estate I have renovated and sold homes all across California and I have knowledge of many local markets. With my experience, I know what to look for in new markets to quickly asses market conditions and prime purchase area’s as well as pitfalls to avoid in renovating. In past management positions I have been able to fine tune my leadership skills working with 200+ direct reports, while in a very dynamic and fast passed, technology driven environment. I build teams, merge work groups, train new hires and present new initiatives with excitement to 4,500+ team members. I am successful due to my leadership skills, in the moment problem solving and ability to set and maintain team standards and company policies. My organizational, training, communication and presentation skills, allow me to be efficient and time sensitive. My attention to detail, flexibility, commitment and self-motivation have assisted me in exceeding company, team and customer expectations.
