I currently hold the position of VP/Client Manager for American Modern Insurance Group, a widely recognized leader in the "specialty insurance" market. In this role I am responsible for the execution of sales initiatives in the Strategic Alliance and National Account distribution channel working with partners mainly based in the western half of the United States. I work closely with my colleagues in the actuarial, product management, underwriting and marketing departments to develop strategies that support both growth and profit. Over my 28 year career in insurance, I have been fortunate to work for several great companies, and with many wonderful agent/company partners. I'm truly passionate about my work and always eager to connect with other professionals in the insurance industry. While I enjoy all aspects of my job, my favorite part is working with my customers to understand their business objectives and creating solutions to support those objectives.While working for American Modern Insurance, I obtained my MBA from Wayland Baptist University. I hold the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), Associate in Risk Management (ARM), Certified Risk Manager (CRM) Associate in Personal Insurance (API) and Associate in General Insurance (AINS) designations. I also hold a Property & Casualty Agent license in the state of Arizona, where I currently reside.
