Operations:- Handle trade order processing and shipping-related operations activities- Monitoring the arrival of shipments/ETA and update to customer- Experienced in import container and bulk vessel shipment for international trade, shipping documentation: checking import shipping documents for customs clearance- To coordinate the operations, with internal/relevant external parties such as Government Departments, Customs, Forwarders, Surveyors, Shipping Agents, Insurance Agents, Warehouse, Customer- Learning skill of laytime calculation of vessel and bogey costing analyst- Learning application import permit and yearly renewal Import License from Government (Pertanian Sector)- Documentation: preparing Sales and Purchase contract, Container Packing List, Invoice, Delivery Order and Collection Order- Liaising with forwarders & transporters for arranging delivery goods- Preparing daily stock and sales reports for bulk collectionSales :- Responsible in sales, focusing on container shipment (Grain Industry: wheat, barley, sunflower meal, ddgs, CGM, soybean, soybean meal)- Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks- Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner- Negotiate with suppliers/brokers/vendors on purchases of raw materials (International trade like US, Ukraine, Australia, etc)- Responsible in charge in sourcing, negotiating price, and purchasing the best quality products that meets the company’s requirement at the most competitive prices

- Liaise and negotiate price with forwarders- Preparation of shipping documents through air/sea freight such as Commercial Invoice and Packing List- Strategically plan and manage logistics, transportation- Process and monitoring the arrival of shipments based on confirmed/delivery schedule- Assist in import and export shipments including custom clearance - Filing and documentation- Assist and support sales person- Liaise with customer, handling customer complaint and enquiry- Data entry in SQL- Update ETA to customer
