Worked in Customer Service Contact Centre which provides training and development with Call Centre's associates. - Providing financial consultative services to new and existing clients of HSBC.- Selling of products such as cards, loans, mortgages, investments and insurance planning.- Cross selling of products to the existing customer database to increase penetration and to inculcate long lasting banking relationships.- Conduct initial screening of customers to check their eligibility and suitability of the product/service to the prospective client
