Sherlyn believes that happiness is a choice and positive thinking leads to positive results.She has 17 years of working experience in software design & development, technical lead and project management role. She worked as a Scrum Master, Project Manager and engineer in her organization. Unofficially, she started working since 13 and has vast experience working in numerous jobs and found that each job has its own interesting characteristics.She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and experienced managing projects, stakeholder management and drive project success. She also held the position as a People Development Program Manager in department responsible to work and negotiating with vendor, to coordinate and manage various training that is beneficial to the department.She likes to participate in volunteering activities and had experience leading a team of volunteers in organizing departmental and company events.
