• Assembly, servicing and evaluation of prototype internal combustion engine systems for aeronautical and specialised applications• CAD Design and fabrication of engine components and service tooling• Compiled servicing reports, manuals and supporting documentation in support of client's requirements to NZ CAA• Created and maintained component registry databases, ensuring traceability of individual components’ service history• Co-ordination with external service providers, component suppliers, and client teams• Contribution, revision and editing of commissioned design analysis studies, proposals, presentations and official outbound correspondence
