Responsible for being the liaison for the customer and the company. Executing activities such as negotiating complaints, order processing, and trouble shoot account questions, billing, cancelations, and other queries.• Scheduled, prioritized and followed up on meetings and appointments. Maintained calendar and issues reminders and monitors appointments to assure the office operates efficiently.• Prioritized the mail and responds to correspondence as instructed. Reviews presentation materials to ensure accuracy. Distributes information and materials to the staff as required. • Oversaw office environment by preparing and submitting requests for new equipment, office furniture and/or equipment maintenance and repair. Ensures that office supplies are replenished when needed.

Oversee multiple departments within the building including hardlines, Jewelry, and receiving.
