It was an educational experience, that will provide infinite use, as I move forward to the next level of life. Transitioning toward retirement, but not done yet.

My responsibilities were to review Credit Unions in our region for financial suspicious activity and submit Suspicious Activity Reports (SAR's) to the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN). I was to oversee security and compliance within the corporate credit union. I attended several BSA Anti-Money Laundering and security meetings with different divisions of law enforcement and would summarize for our employees.*A Letter of Recommendation was obtained upon exiting the company.

My duties included accumulating, processing and balancing checks from Natural Person Credit Unions. I took on the Lead position in Item Processing and was used as a back-up for any position that needed assistance.

In the Government Reporting Dept.- I reviewed customer daily Currency Transaction Reports (CTR), monthly Large Currency Reports (LCR), and daily Wire Transfers to determine reportable suspicious activity to FinCEN (Financial Crimes Enforcement Network). I documented facts involved with each Suspicious Activity Report (SAR) case decision. I submitted SAR's timely and accurately to IRS (FinCEN). I became knowledgeable of Bank Secrecy Act regulations and understanding of CTR exemption rules. I was a Notary Public for the State of California.*A Letter of Recommendation was obtained upon exiting the company.

I was responsible for cleaning and maintaining several homes and commercial buildings. The commercial building cleanings included public Day Cares, Real Estate Companies, Banks and Restaurants. I maintained trust, security, safety and reliability with every customer.

Swing Shift Cage Cashier - I was responsible for maintaining and balancing up to $250K cash drawer, including the Check Cashing and Cash Advance windows. I performed minor maintenance to the coin hopper when needed. Swing Shift Cashier Supervisor - I was responsible for scheduling and supervising 15-20 swing shift cashiers. Submitted Currency Transaction Reports (CTR) for receiving over $10K cash from patrons.Swing Shift Main Bank Cashier - I was responsible for maintaining and balancing a $5M Main Bank, writing jackpot checks, and coordinating cash buys with Cage Cashiers.

Cashier - Responsible for maintaining and balancing a cash drawer at a Mall location branch, including a fast paced drive-up window. Maintained an ATM machine at a nearby grocery Store location. Customer Service Rep. - Opened new accounts and safe deposit boxes for customers. I was responsible for selling bank products and services.

Responsible for maintaining and balancing a cash drawer. Processed students fees, tuitions and fines. Required to be well versed in both student and dept. policy in order to advise or direct customers. I was a Notary Public for the State of California.*A Letter of Recommendation was obtained upon exiting the company.

Senior Custodian - I was responsible for maintaining a clean and healthy environment for 2 resident hall complexes serving a total of 100 residents. Also served as back-up custodian for absent custodial staff members. I volunteered to join the 10 member Safety Work team.Student Housing Supervisor - I oversaw 5 - 20 employees to clean and turn campus rooms for special functions and events during the summer months.*A Letter of Recommendation was obtained upon exiting the company.

I balanced and maintained a teller cash drawer. Opened New Accounts and Safe Deposit Boxes also responsible for selling bank products to customers.

I was responsible for reviewing and submitting for disbursement the company Life Insurance Agents commissions.

I was responsible for processing, maintaining and distributing customer account dividends.

Paying Administrator - I was responsible for manually typing all of the Trust Division disbursements.Receiving Administrator - I accumulated, balanced, and entered the Trust Division daily deposits.*A Letter of Recommendation was obtained upon exiting the company.

I was responsible for processing Visa and Master Card payments through the RPS 350 terminal so that every payment would be posted and credited to the cardholders account. Performed minor maintenance to the RPS 350 terminal which enabled me to perform at a steady pace. Also trained in every Remittance Department function.*A Letter of Recommendation was obtained upon exiting the company.

Stock Dividend Clerk - I was responsible for entering Stockholder data into the computer system and for revising actual customer Stock or Bond Certificates. Remittance Banking Clerk - I was responsible for compiling, processing and maintaining Stockholder accounts.

I was responsible for reviewing and approving or denying a customer accountholders credit card limit.

I was responsible for tracking customer accounts, billing and correspondence for a company that gained recognition as an innovator in the design, engineering and marketing of a variety of consumer electronic products and commercial communications equipment.
