This included planning, process evaluation, process gap analysis and closure, trainingand execution. Successfully achieved desired level, 6 months ahead of schedule. Investigated, analyzed and convinced management to utilize electronic evidence gathering and appraisalpresentation method which was a key component to the success of the appraisal.Software Configuration Tools Division Manager (Jan. 2005 – March 2006) Led a team of 6 engineers responsible for integration, testing, development, deployment, support and training forIBM Rational ClearCase, ClearCase Multisite and ClearQuest tools.
