My most recent role as Senior Program Manager, I orchestrated oversight of numerous high visibility projects, including Store within a Store for Costco and Sam's Club, Contractional Terminations, Settlements, and End of Life of Sprint. I facilitated successful implementation of all programs, promotional offers, and launches through close collaboration with cross-functional teams. Operational excellence was maintained across all programs and projects by providing leadership and support to Project Managers. Additionally, I conducted comprehensive partner-initiated commission audits to resolve commission disputes.Examples of some of my contributions included the following:• I achieved a decrease in the percentage of settlement payments to claim filed from 29% to less than 2% through meticulous commission audits.• I spearheaded the project for all National Retail Partners on implementing new pricing structures. I received MVP recognition and several awards from Senior Vice President for success in deploying programs.• A novel analysis proposition was conceptualized, resulting in $12M in savings and allowed for future audits to categorize 100% of transactions, leaving zero transactions open for negotiation.

While I served as Director of National Retail Operations, I oversaw all aspects of national retail operations, including staffing, inventory, and delivering successful selling environments for national retail locations. Effective sales strategies and training opportunities were developed to maximize revenue and improve performance of sales staff. I researched, evaluated, and partnered with vendors to maintain a wide array of inventory options for customers. Strategic relationships were fostered with management at national retail locations, as well as national leadership staff. I drafted, negotiated, executed, and implemented contracts and amendments to support key strategic goals.A few of my accomplishments included:• I operationalized and implemented Integration Strategy for T-Mobile during merger with Sprint Corporation.• I developed the termination strategy and execution of select partners and growth strategies, leading to forging new partnerships with National Parties, including Best Buy, Apple, Samsung, and Walmart.• Strategies and programs were created to launch a financing option within National Retail to allow for an enhanced customer experience.

As National Retail Manager of Operations, I assisted the Director in executing daily operational activities to support strategic planning initiatives to ensure a productive and profitable organization. I coached, motivated, and developed sales and operational management teams in providing superior customer service and meeting customer needs. I promoted the company image of excellence across all programs and activities, maintained superior customer service expectations, and ensured adequate training and professional development opportunities for staff to hone skills.Examples of my achievements were:• I mentored the team to maximize and deliver complex programs, ensuring on-time delivery and operational excellence, across programs such as new rate plans, Un-Carrier moves and unique programs to National Retail.• I drove the successful execution of novel Student Program designed exclusively for students, enabling a completely new market of customers with specific and unique offers to grow our customer base.• I expedited the launch of a National Retail Partner with Macy's Time Square from concept to grand opening in 10 days with exclusive offerings of devices, rate plans, and exclusive offers in existing Partners, resulting in +25% distribution growth in Best Buy.

In this earlier role with T-Mobile/Sprint Corporation, I fostered and nurtured strong relationships with key accounts at Fry's and MicroCenter to ensure long-term success and meet customer needs and requirements. Sales targets for regional account managers were established and monitored. I identified and attracted prospective strategic customers and negotiated contracts. Sales data and trends were collected and analyzed to facilitate the creation of new policies and procedures or to update current policies and procedures.Some of my most noteworthy contributions included:• I spearheaded the creation and management of strategic partnerships with Regional Retailers specializing in electronics, including MicroCenter, Nebraska Furniture Mart, and Fry's Electronics.• I grew and developed a team of over 50 members to deliver support and guidance to achieve growth in third party sales numbers and improvements in customer experiences.• Activations in Nebraska Furniture Mart were increased from single digit performance to over 600 activations per month.• I achieved an improvement in activation and sales within Best Buy to make Wireless their #1 profit center.• I negotiated contracts to provide external staffing during peak sales times to more than double sales in underperforming locations.
