 Assists the Branch Head in developing or enhancing rapport with business partners (i.e. Metrobank/PSBank, Charter Ping An, automotive dealers, suppliers, etc.) thru personal visitations and meetings and in recommending solutions to their concerns and requests Process and file client’s loan application by efficiently implementing the established policies and procedures in order to get loan approval and take-out within set collection timetable Responsible for the evaluation and pre-qualification approval of client’s loan application by checking and assessing client’s qualification based on net income, collateral value, loan entitlement and in accordance with the guidelines of the company Prepares marketing write-up for every credit application Formulates business strategies and marketing plans with the objective of attaining budgetary goals set by management Sends solicitation letter for prospective clients Gathers client’s data and key them into client information and account management system for processing and assessment Performs other duties that may be required by superior from time to time.

 Performs documentation of approved loans Ensures completeness of documents required from clients before sending the advise for release of any loan proceeds Coordinates with outside agencies, including government agencies, in securing pertinent documents needed such as: LTO registrations/modification requirements, notarized legal documents, insurance policies, etc. Receives check payments from clients and issues the corresponding Official Receipts Acts as Post Dated Check custodian and ensures that PDCs received from clients are promptly deposited on its due date Facilitates deposits of daily collections Release signed checks for all types of disbursements by the Branch Prepares Daily Cash Position Report and submits to the Branch Head for review Acts as the Petty and Revolving Cash Custodian of the Branch Responsible for the monitoring of timely release of loan proceeds and dealer’s incentives to the auctioneers Manning the inquiry booth during auction days Entertaining the inquiries of auction clients (existing and prospective) Responsible for receiving auction documents (LTO OR/CR, Deed of Sale, etc.) from the auctioneers and disseminating to the concerned branches Responsible for attending to the other auctioneer’s concerns Implements marketing and advertising strategy of the company including clients and auctioneer-relations management Responsible for Timely dissemination of auction schedules (auction dates and inspection dates) and brochures to all branches Performs other duties that may be required by superior from time to time.
