Managed transition from Synchronoss Razorsight to TEOCO BTOD in April 2020. Helped design TEOCO audit to short pay AT&T ECARS in advance for $90M per month savings. The process I created to file MTTR & Service Interruption SLA outages on Ethernet services with AT&T nets credits averaging $175K per month. I also train & mentor co-workers and analysts in MS Access & Business Objects query development, telecom circuit knowledge, dispute creation & tariff interpretation which has greatly improved the productivity of the entire auditing team. In 2019 our new team hit 167% of our 2019 annual dispute goal of $70M. Despite the pandemic, system conversion and merger, our team was on track to meet our 2020 dispute and savings goals. After I joined the T-Mobile team in July 2010, the total team disputes doubled every quarter in 2011 & disputes for the team in 2015 were four times as high as 2010 with less personnel.

Continue to create automated audits in Razorsight to dispute invalid charges for Broadband services. Maintain & create multiple MS Access databases to analyze the invoice and inventory data. The automated monthly recurring contract disputes that I programmed in Razorsight to withhold the AT&T BSA & ICB contract credits in the month earned has shortpaid over $2B since 2014. I also developed a process for disputing MTTR and Service Interruption SLA outages on Ethernet services with AT&T that nets credits averaging $145K per month. Responsible for analysis for SOX control for circuit correlation.With the team’s transition from Bellevue, WA to Frisco, TX in mid-2018, I trained the new auditors in Frisco and assisted with the transition of work. Received credits of over $29M with pending amount of another $35M in 2011.Research other CABS and CRIS billing issues in MS Access through an ODBC connection to the BillTrakPro and Razorsight databases and Business Objects queries into the Granite Facility Management and Razorsight databases. Package and file disputes and help correct data integrity issues discovered in Granite.We transitioned to Razorsight from BillTrakPro in 2012. Between disputes and contract settlements, my efforts yielded over $450M in credits for T-Mobile from AT&T & other carriers. Train and mentor co-workers in MS Access query development, tariff research and interpretation, and increase basic telecom billing knowledge. Maintain the Auditing Strategy Database and reporting. Help refine and implement the Auditing Calendar with monthly, quarterly and annual audits.

Ensure data integrity and enhanced functionality of circuit and dispute databases. Manage integration of circuit inventories for Cinergy/Norlight merger. Provide Revenue Assurance support to product pricing analysts for new and re-termed customers. Spearheaded volume discount plan with AT&T including persuading AT&T to change the existing Ameritech tariff language so that we could subscribe to the DCP, saving $5M over five years in monthly recurring cost and elimination of term liabilities.
